Ballyboden St Enda's made a winning start to their Dublin SHC campaign last night but their victory came at a cost.
Dublin sharpshooter Paul Ryan lasted just 15 minutes of their 0-22 to 1-10 success over St Oliver Plunkett's/Eoghan Ruadh at O'Toole Park.
He had three points on the board before a hamstring injury forced his departure from the field and Ger Cunningham will be sweating over his fitness ahead of the Metropolitans' Leinster SHC quarter-final clash against Wexford which is scheduled for Saturday, May 21st.
