This year's Leinster PP Schools SH 'A' final will be an all-Kilkenny affair following today's semi-finals.

Kilkenny CBS saw off Mountrath on a scoreline of 2-16 to 0-14 at the Eire Og GAA grounds in Carlow.

The winners seized the initiative in the first-half and led by 2-8 to 0-5 at the halfway stage courtesy of goals from Jay Leahy and Conor Doheny.

The Laois students shaded the second-half by nine points to eight but the goals proved to be the difference at the final whistle.

In the second semi-final, played at Fenagh, holders St Kieran's College finished with seven points to spare (3-11 to 2-7) over Dublin North.

St Kieran's turned around for the second-half with a 0-7 to 0-5 lead to defend and second-half goals from Martin Keoghan, Ed Delaney and Sean Carey sent them on the road to victory.

The Kilkenny rivals will go head-to-head for the fifth time in seven years in the final on Saturday, February 27th.
