Castleknock Camogie

July 06, 2015

Congrats to Aoife, Molly & Karla the Castleknock Crew who helped the Dublin u16 Camogie team register a great win over Limerick on Sunday. After starting out on development squads of over 150 players since U13's & with the pick of any player of the 26 U16 Camogie Teams & any player on any U15 Camogie team , Castleknock Camogie can proudly applaud our seven girls who have made a fantastic achievement of being selected for the U16 Dublin Camogie Team.

Molly O'Neill, Aoife Whelan & Karla Whelan take a bow on being selected for the U16 Dublin 'A' Team as do Aisling Andrews, Niamh Mulroney, Caoimhe Hughes & Sarah Murphy who deservedly have been selected on to the 'B' team.

These girls have invested serious time, effort and hard work and are commited and dedicated to their club and county and are now reaping the rewards and playing an exceptionaly high standard of Camogie and this will be of huge benefit to Castleknock as next year they finish at juvenile level and make the break through to Senior Level.

Our Castleknock U16 Camogie team are current Division 1 county champions and are unbeaten at  U16 to date.  The seven girls together with the rest of their club team mates have made Castleknock one of the kingpins on the Dublin Camogie scene.

Best wishes to all the girls , Castleknock Abú
