Ballyboden St Enda's last night launched H&K International as their overall club sponsor for the next three years. H&K International chief executive officer David Bobbett proudly attended the launch along with his wife Ann his family and members of his executive team. David has strong connections with Ballyboden St Enda's, having been a supporter for many years and his son Brian playing on the Minor Football Team.

H&K International is a key supplier to Mc Donald's Restaurants along with other large restaurant chains worldwide. The H&K Group now employs over 1,300, based at locations in the U.S., Canada, Ireland, U.K., Spain, South Africa, China, Japan, Australia and New Zealand. David Bobbett who is chief executive officer of H&K International is a Ballyboden St Enda's club member and supports his children across the county every weekend to watch them playing GAA and is delighted to be on board with Ballyboden St Enda's.

In attendance at the launch was President Elect Aogán Ó Fearghail who was overwhelmed at the community spirit at Ballyboden St Enda's. With over 200 people in attendance at the Firhouse Road clubhouse, President Elect Aogán Ó Fearghail started his visit at the Sancta Maria grounds and travelled to Ballyboden St Enda's club house on the Firhouse Road. "Having community spirit a GAA club is the key and with the attendance in Ballyboden St Enda's tonight, I can see that the community spirit in the area is very strong". Mr Ó Fearghail also commented on the new club sponsor where he described the H&K logo as well suited for the different jerseys.

Also in attendance last night was our Chairman Brendan Moran, members of our Senior Football, Hurling, Camogie and Ladies Football Teams along with Dublin GAA chief executive John Costello.

Ballyboden St Enda's have many achievements over the years including last year's victory in the Dublin Senior Hurling Championship, winners of the Dublin Senior Camogie Championship, All Ireland winners of Feile na nGael 2013 along with numerous representatives from the Dublin Senior Football Team who won the All Ireland Football Championship in 2013 and representatives from the Dublin Senior Ladies Football Team. Ballyboden St Enda's are also very proud of club member Michael Darragh Macauley who was awarded the GPA/GAA Player of the Year for 2013 which is a huge accolade for any player and club. Tweet
