AGM: The 2016 AGM took place in The Glen Centre on Sunday evening. Thanks for everyone who turned up. The club continues on an upward trajectory under the excellent stewardship of Chairman Sean Keane. A full list of the 2017 executive committee will be made available on the club website in the coming weeks.

 

Under 21's: The Under 21 Final versus Swatragh that was scheduled for Friday evening past, has been re-fixed for Wednesday 30th November in Owenbeg. Throw-in is at 7.30pm. Please get along and show your support!

 

Schools: Well done to the victorious St Patrick's Maghera Rannafast team who defeated Dungannon in the final on Sunday. The team was backboned by Glen lads Caolan Convery, Alex Doherty, Ethan Doherty, Seamus McKenna, Eunan Mulholland, Cathair Glass, John Convery and Conleth McGuckian. Also well done to the Maghera Corn na nÓg team on their semi-final win, especially Glen lads Tiernan Higgins, Jody McDermott, Adam McGonigle & Shea Convery.

 

Cinderella in the Frozen Glen: Preparations are well underway for the Christmas Pantomime 'Cinderella in the Frozen Glen'. Dates for the show have been confirmed for Friday 16th December (8pm), Saturday 17th December (8pm) & Sunday 18th December (2pm). Adult Tickets £10, Children Ticket £5 and Family ticket 2 Adults & 2 Children (£25). Get your tickets bought early and don't miss out!

School Aid Romania: Pupils of St Patrick's Maghera are holding a Coffee Morning in the Glen Centre on Saturday 10th December from 10am to 2pm. All proceeds go to 'School Aid Romania'. Please show your support!

GAA for Palestine clothing appeal: Watty Graham's are glad to be now involved in the 'GAA for Palestine' clothing appeal. We would urge anyone with GAA clothing (of all sizes) that is no longer required, to donate to the appeal and to give generously. All types of clothing which are in good condition will also be gratefully accepted. All donations can be left at the Gear Shop / Gym at Glen pitch on Saturdays 11am - 11.30am for next number of weeks. Please spread the word.

Christmas Gear Orders: The bobble hats are available until quantities run out. Shorts, skorts, socks, hats, gloves, polos shirts are in stock and can be purchased from the shop.
