The back door in set to be kept in the adult football championships.

A vote a recent county board meeting went in favour of retaining the back door format for another year at least.

Since the introduction of the back door system only one club Loup have come through and won the senior football championship.

The CCC are set to look into the possibility of starred games in order to facilitate club players more, while teams that do not field for a league game are set to be deducted three points in the existing season and two from the start of the following campaign.
