Chrissy McKaigue is delighted that Eoin Bradley is back on board with the Derry footballers.

The Glenullin attacker will combine his soccer and GAA commitments in 2015 after being frozen out by manager Brian McIver this year.

"It is great news," Ireland star McKaigue told the Irish Daily Star ahead of tomorrow's International Rules Test against Australia.

"He has probably been the best player in this year's club championship and he has undoubtedly been the best forward.

"An arrangement had to be made. Now, it's not ideal that he is playing soccer. But when you have a player of that talent, you need him there. Derry don't have that big a pick.

"It is very positive that he is back. Hopefully, he can produce the goods for us."
