"Either we are in the wrong competition or they are in the wrong competition."

Eoghan Rua manager Padraig O Mianain accepts that his side were outclassed in the Ulster intermediate club hurling championship final.

After watching the Coleraine men beaten by twelve points by O'Donovan Rossa of Antrim in Sunday's final at Owenbeg, the losing manager told The Derry Post:

"Either we are in the wrong competition or they are in the wrong competition.

"You could say that maybe we did not play as well as we could have played but, even if we had played better, it would not have mattered.

"To be honest, they did not have a bad hurler, even among the subs they brought on. Sometimes you just have to put your hand up and accept that you were beaten by a better team.

"They had the better skills and were the better athletes. The scoreline soon built up and it was very difficult to overturn it."
