Na Piarsaigh GAA club notes

This weeks (20th Oct    2014) lotto numbers were 4, 10, 20 & 22. No Jackpot winner .  £50 winner  was shared by C.Brown - R.Nash N.McNaught and E.Dunne   Next weeks (27th   Oct   2014) jackpot is £1900.

Training for Primary 1 and Primary 2 is in Sacred Heart School every Tuesday night at 6.30 - 7.30pm.

Primary 3 - 4 - 5 - 6 and 7 is off for Halloween break - times and venues to follow afterwards please watch this space

Under 14 training continues on a Monday night from 7.00pm - 8.00 and on a Wednesday night from 7.00-8.00pm and on a friday night from 7.15pm -8.15pm.

The Next  committee meeting is on  Thursday 20th November   in Hillcrest house at 8.30pm all committee members are asked to attend.

The Club Annual General Meeting will be held in Hillcrest House on Sunday the 23rd November.

Gaelic for Girls continues on a Monday night from 6.00pm -7.00pm outside at the Pitches.

The Pearses Academy is a vital part of the club. The parents and guardians of the children are fundamental to the successful running of the Academy. Each year we invite parents to volunteer to become coaches/helpers in the Academy. No previous experience is required as the club provides resources, training courses and support through its coaching officer  Paul Simpson. For any parent/ guardian who is willing to help out at this please contact Paul on 07738916151.

Mouth guards are being sold in the club for all current under age players. Please contact Paul Simpson for details.

The club are looking for people to represent us in the Gaa Cultural competition Scór na nÓg this is for people under 17 years of age and categories are Traditional music playing Solo singing Irish Dancing etc - if you are interested in letting your child/children enter this please contact Dermot on 07745581453 or through the club Facebook page.

The club have an upcoming Bag Pack in B&M on Saturday the 8th November from 9.00-6.00pm  we are calling on all players coaches parents Grandparents and members in general to give up 1 - 2hrs of their time to help this fundraising venture - the money raised helps to alleviate costs for running the club and helps to buy equipment for the club - please contact any committee member or contact us through the club facebook page
