Slaughtneil 2-11
Kevin Lynch's 2-9
Late goals from Se McGuigan and Gareth O'Kane handed Slaughtneil a sensational victory over Kevin Lynch's in the Derry SHC final at Owenbeg.
The holders looked to be in a spot of bother when they trailed by 0-4 to 1-6 at half-time with Niall Ferris getting the goal for Lynch's. On the restart, Slaughtneil narrowed the gap to the minimum, only for Mark Craig to score the Dungiven outfit's second goal and put them five points clear with 10 minutes remaining.
But two goals in as many minutes won it for the champions.
