Holders Ballinderry meet Coleraine tonight (Thursday) for a place in the 2014 Derry SFC final.
The defending champions are chasing four titles in a row and they will lock horns with a confident Coleraine side that impressed during their quarter-final defeat of Magheralfelt.
The second semi-final will take place on Saturday, pitting Dungiven against Slaughtneil.
Dungiven edged out Glenullin in their dramatic quarter-final at Owenbeg on Sunday night, while Slaughtneil's forwards stepped up to the plate as they hit 19 points during their quarter-final victory over Kilrea.
Throw-in at Owenbeg for tonight's first semi-final is at 8pm.
