Derry have named a much stronger starting fifteen for Sunday's Allianz NFL semi-final versus Mayo.

Having already secured a place in the knock-out stages, manager Brian McIver made fourteen alterations for last week's encounter with the Connacht champions at Castlebar and this time there are thirteen changes for the clash at Croke Park.

Oisin Duffy (right corner back) and Emmett McGuckin (full forward) are the two players who retain their places.

Fergal Doherty has recovered from a head injury he sustained in the Round 6 win over Kildare and lines out at midfield alongside Patsy Bradley but James Kielt who suffered a quad strain in the same game misses out.
