Cork's Sean White scores a goal against Kerry in the Munster U21 FC final

Cork midfielder Sean White feels that the strength in depth in their squad has helped them reach this year's All-Ireland under-21 football championship final.

The Rebels take on Mayo in Cusack Park, Ennis on Saturday evening, having impressed throughout the campaign.

Seeking their first All-Ireland title at this level since 2009, Cork face a tough test against a decent Mayo side.

However, White cites the strength of the panel as one of the main reasons for getting them this far.

"There's great depth and, to be fair, everyone's good friends with each other," White told the Southern Star.

"They kind of built that up this year and it has worked for us. Even if you go behind you can see that the level of intensity rises together. It's all a benefit."
