Bocnara, when working on a development, try to use the local suppliers in the area as much as possible.Health & Safety is a key factor in their line of work and they employ Site Safety Services from Mullingar to carry out weekly site audits to ensure the continuous safety of their employees & the public.

Bocnara’s workforce comprises of engineers, machine operators, experienced pipe layers, kerb & bricklayers, construction workers, ground workers, lorry drivers & security.

Bocnara are in full compliance with the Construction Workers Pension & Sick pay scheme and are in full compliance with the rates of wages and conditions of employment as laid down by the National Joint Industrial Council for the Construction Industry.
