McDaid Construction Ltd is a young, but expanding Building, Civil Engineering and Property Development Company based in the South Fermanagh/North Monaghan area.

Our Client base consists of both Public and Private Sector clients such as County Councils, DRD Water Service & Developers.

The Company was formed in 2000 and has grown over the past 5 years. It now employs ten direct employees and has a turnover of approximately 2 million Stg per annum

Current commitments:
- Mixed Use Development consisting of 1 No. Retail Unit, 5 apartments and 3 houses at Main street, Roslea, Co. Fermanagh

- Construction of 22 No. Social & Affordable Houses for Monaghan County Council at Knockatallon, Co. Monaghan

- Refurbishment of 2 Waste Water Treatment Works at Ardglass, Co. Down and Dromintee, Co. Armagh for the DRD Water Service

- Construction of 26 No. High Quality Private Houses at Ard Chluan, Roslea Road, Clones, Co. Monaghan
