The race for the Canon Hamilton trophy resumes this weekend.

Arguably the game of the weekend will be the meeting of Cratloe and Crusheen in Cusack Park on Saturday evening.

This is a must win game for both sides as they look to prolong their interests in the championship for another while at least.

Also at the same venue on Saturday evening is the meeting of the last two county champions as title holders Ballyea meet Sixmilebridge.

There is plenty of action for hurling supporters to whet their appetites over as in total there will be 24 games played across four grades.
