One of the youngest county managers in the game, Moynihan talks to Jerome Quinn after Clare's defeat of Limerick in the Gaelic Grounds.
The Tyrone-Clare game will be preceded by Tipperary v Wicklow, with both games at St Loman's, Mullingar.
