Tony Kelly has been restored to the Clare starting 15 for tomorrow's league final against Waterford.

The former 'Hurler of the Year came off the bench and scored two points in the semi-final win over Kilkenny and has been handed the number 14 jersey for the decider.

Peter Duggan also gets the nod from Davy Fitzgerald in the half-forward line.
