A new look Limerick senior hurling management team will be put before the clubs for ratification at Tuesday night's County Board meeting.

The Limerick Leader reports that secretary Mike O'Riordan has sent correspondence to all clubs ahead of the meeting in Claughan and they are proposing that TJ Ryan continues for the second year on his three year term.

However, gone are former hurling coach Paul Beary and strength and conditioning coach Mark Lyons who were both also selectors in 2015.

Former Clare All-Ireland winning strength and conditioning coach Joe O'Connor from Rathkeale takes over from Lyons.

Also joining the management team is outgoing intermediate manager Don Flynn who will be one of two selectors alongside Dave Clarke who remains from 2015.

The extended backroom team has also undergone changes with the new Liaison Officer Conor McCarthy and Video Analyst Seanie O'Donnell.

Meanwhile, Pat Donnelly of South Liberties is proposed for the position of minor hurling manager following Leo O'Connor's decision to step down.
