Reports suggest that Clare's hurlers have been boosted by the return of influential midfielder Colm Galvin.

According to The Clare People, the 2013 All Star and All-Ireland winner has cut short his stay in Boston, where he was based since April.

Holder of three All-Ireland U21 medals, Galvin missed out on the Banner County's Munster SHC clash with Limerick but is now back home and expected to feature in Clare's SH Qualifier against Offaly in Ennis on July 4th.
