Clare are sweating over the fitness of three key players ahead of their Munster SHC clash against Limerick on Sunday, May 24th.

The Banner have not had the best of preparations for the championship as relegation from Division 1A, coupled with some off field problems and Colm Galvin's decision to spend the summer in the U.S have been all seen as setbacks.

Now, Davy Fitz and his selectors must worry about the fitness Conor McGrath, Conor Ryan and Cian Dillon as all three are on the treatment table at the moment.

McGrath suffered a recurrence of a hamstring injury a week ago ruling him out of last weekend's club games, while Ryan and Dillon also missed the club action and a challenge match against Galway.

Clare are already without the suspended Brendan Bugler for the Limerick clash after he received a straight red card in the defeat to Wexford in last year's qualifiers.
