Newmarket's Concepta O'Connor has been appointed the new secretary of Clare's Bord na nOg hurling.

Having filled the five year term, Clooney-Quin's Sandra Reynolds was forced to step down and she has been replaced by another woman.

Ms O'Connor has held a number of positions in her club and brings a wealth of experience to her new role.
