Clubs in Clare must come up with between €700 and €1,500 per year to service the annual loan of €60,000 for the redevelopment of Cusack Park.
The ailing county ground is set to receive a €2.3 million facelift and clubs are being asked to contribute towards the cost.
According to the Clare Champion, there will be seven different tiers based on the population of the club's area, the number of teams its fields as well as its infrastructure.
Tier 1 clubs, including Eire Og, St. Joseph's Doora-Barefield, Sixmilebridge and Wolfe Tones, will pay an annual levy of €1,500, while clubs at the opposite end of the scale will contribute €700.
The payment details are expected to be finalised at next Tuesday's county board meeting.
