Naomh Eoin manager Martin Downes feels that there were plenty of positives to take from this year's campaign.
Speaking to the Clare Champion following their defeat to Millstreet in the Munster club junior football championship, Downes stressed that they had achieved their goal of winning the county title.
"Winning the championship in Clare was our goal, as was getting promotion in the league, which we achieved," stated Downes.
"Winning in Munster would have been a bonus but I suppose we got found out having a young team."
