Most embarrassing moment: it happened in Frazer Island Australia and people who were there will know what I'm on about. I'll say no more.

Proudest moment: being sent a hand written letter by an 11-year-old thanking me for playing for Cavan, for me to keep up the good work and if I could send on any spare training gear it would be much appreciated. It was something very simple but it has always stuck with me.

If you were stranded on a desert island and were only allowed bring three things with you. What three things would you bring: Brian Sankey just to laugh at him, food, and apple TV for a bit of Netflix

Favourite TV programme: Peaky Blinders

Biggest influence on your career: My Dad Sean, I don't think he has missed a game in about four years and he wasn't in the country that time he did miss one.

Ambition for 2016: Win an Ulster championship with Cavan and if I could squeeze a wee Sigerson in there to I wouldn't say no.
