Cavan U16 Team

Huge congratulations to our U16 team and management.  They had a comprehensive win over Armagh last Sunday at home.  The girls now play Carlow in the final round of this campaign (at home), game is on Sunday in Ballinagh at 2.30pm.  The girls have won 3 out of their 4 games so far qualifying for an All Ireland Semi Final.  This is a great achievement for Camogie in Cavan, please come out and show your support. 

 

Senior Club Championship

The second round of the senior club championship took place yesterday evening (Tuesday).  Laragh v Lacken in Stradone finished with a win for Lacken advancing them straight to the final on 21.8.16.  Crosserlough played Castletara in Kill, the game ended in a draw, a replay will be scheduled for this weekend, with the winners of this game to meet Laragh next Tuesday to decide the other finalists.

 

Junior Club Championship

Denn v Ballinagh at 7.30pm tomorrow evening (Thurs) at 7.15pm in Ballyhaise

 

Lacken v Crosserlough will take place on Friday evening , please keep an eye on the Cavan Camogie Facebook page for updates on all of the above.
