The Minor panel travelled to Donaghmore, Ashbourne Co. Meath on Saturday 27th April to play Down in the Minor 'B' shield final. This team although not up to full strength were eager to contest the final. Unfortunately, the Down team were just too strong for the Waterford team and Waterford were eventual losers on a score line of Down 3-07 to Waterford 0-03. The Waterford scorers were Sinead Cummins (1pt), Sara Judge (1 pt) and Lorraine Bray (2 pts).

Feile 2013
Waterford's camogie Feile was played on Sunday 28th April at the Dungarvan GAA grounds. A total of six teams participated in this year's competition. The clubs involved were Dungarvan, De La Salle, Gaultier, St. Annes, Lismore and Cappoquin.
Conditions on the day were not ideal with frequent heavy showers making the conditions slippery underfoot but the girls showed some excellent skill levels watched by parents and supporters of all teams. After some competitive matches the final was played between Gaultier and De La Salle with the Gaultier team being victorious.
The Plate competition was played between Dungarvan and St. Annes with the Dungarvan team coming out on top in the encounter.
This Gaultier team will now represent Waterford at the Feile final in Limerick in July. Best of luck to Gaultier.
