Mohill manager Padraig Davis has stressed that they won't be resting on their laurels now that they are Leitrim SFC champions once again.

Last Sunday, Davis guided the club to the 2017 SFC title following a win over a Glencar/Manorhamilton side that have suffered defeats in the last three consecutive finals.

Now though, Davis has turned his attention to the Connacht club SFC and the league final where the club are seeking a three-in-a-row of titles.

"We will focus on the Connacht championship and obviously there is a league final there to be played too," Davis states in the Longford Leader.

"I would have pointed out to them from the word go, to push on, to push forward, to win a Connacht championship match, to win a league, we're going for three-in-a-row leagues and that is very, very important for us and last Sunday will in no way take that away from us."
