Wicklow senior hurlers and footballers will begin their respective NFL campaigns at home.

Both sides will be keen to make a good start to the new year and promotion is certainly something that the respective manager's are keen to achieve.

The Wicklow footballers have home advantage against Waterford at Aughrim on January 31st. Wicklow lost the corresponding fixture this year, but will be hoping to make amends in the new year.

Martin Storey will also be at home for his first NHL match as the Garden County host Meath in what could be a real table topper shoot out.
