It was far from the classic All-Ireland final that gaelic football fans had hoped for but that won't dampen Dublin's deserved celebrations. Here's our All-Ireland football final team of the week...

1. Brendan Kealy (Kerry)

Pulled off a smart save to deny Dean Rock early on and successfully managed to keep Dublin's much vaunted attack at bay.

2. Shane Enright (Kerry)

Enjoyed his moments against Bernard Brogan and the disappointment of All-Ireland final defeat could be eased slightly by a first All-Star award later in the year.

3. Rory O'Carroll (Dublin)

Hand his hands full at times with Paul Geaney in the first-half but got on top as the game progressed and coped admirably with Kieran Donaghy's aerial threat.

4. Philly McMahon (Dublin)

Outscored Colm Cooper by one point to nil and was Dublin's best individual performer but the alleged eye gouge distracted from his display.

5. James McCarthy (Dublin)

The Ballymun Kickhams clubman also stood out for Jim Gavin's charges and put the sky blues on a forward footing at every available opportunity.

6. Cian O'Sullivan (Dublin)

Showed no ill-effects of the hamstring injury which placed question marks over his participation as he kept both Johnny Buckley and Bryan Sheehan quiet.

7. Peter Crowley (Kerry)

Diarmuid Connolly was a peripheral figure for the Dubs which says a lot about Crowley's tenacity.

8. Brian Fenton (Dublin)

The 22-year-old has proven himself to be a real find for Dublin this year and started the ball rolling with the first point of the day.

9. Anthony Maher (Kerry)

By Eamonn Fitzmaurice's own admission Kerry's performance was below par but midfielder Maher didn't let his side down.

10. Paul Flynn (Dublin)

Rewarded manager Jim Gavin's faith in him with two points from play and put in a hard-working 70 minute shift.

11. Ciaran Kilkenny (Dublin)

Wasn't as prominent as in previous games but still put his shoulder to the wheel and helped nip Kerry attacks in the bud.

12. Donnchadh Walsh (Kerry)

As per usual the industrious half-forward worked his socks off but, overall, the Kingdom's attack failed to function.

13. James O'Donoghue (Kerry)

Sent over three points from play and it was something of a surprise when last year's Footballer of the Year was called ashore.

14. Paddy Andrews (Dublin)

Struggled at times to shake off the close attentions of Fionn Fitzgerald but his movement kept the Kerry defence guessing.

15. Bernard Brogan (Dublin)

A return of two points, one from play, sees the 2010 Footballer of the Year finish with a final tally of 6-21 for the year.
