Sunday Game under fire from Wicklow again

Wicklow GAA has expressed its fury with The Sunday Game for completely ignoring the county's historic All-Ireland U21HC 'B' final victory over Meath.

Jonathan 'Bosco' O'Neill's men upset the odds at Semple Stadium on Saturday to win by 2-17 to 2-15, but their success didn't even get a mention on RTE's highlights programme last night. TG4 had broadcast both All-Ireland U21HC finals (Limerick beat Wexford in the 'A' final) live on Saturday evening.

The Sunday Game had also been slammed by Wicklow football manager Johnny McGee for its lack of coverage of the Garden County's Leinster SFC quarter-final against Meath in June.
