Rathnew JunB's and Intermediates have followed our Seniors into the Quarter Final stages of their respective Championships. On Thursday night the JunB's saw off Tinahely with Jem Hunter grabbing 3 goals and John 'Pieman' Sayer landing 2-2. On Saturday the Intermediates drew with Stratford and that result combined with the other results in that section put the Rathnew side through. Well done to everyone involved.

Well done to our U14 boys who won out their league last week, the Championship starts this week so keep it going lads.

Our Annual Golf Classic for the Kevin Gill Perpetual Trophy was a great success with over a 100 golfers taking to the fairways at Wicklow Golf Club.Thanks to everyone at Wicklow Golf Club , big thanks to our sponsors McCreas, Websters Holiday Park and Matt Forkin. Healy's for Burgers cooked by Tina. Robert Merrigan for the Holiday to Portugal and Clifford for the Smart TV. Winners was Mose Coffey and Ken Doyle who win the holiday. 2nd place was Colin Jameson and Neil Armstrong. 3rd place was Darren Ronan and Eamonn Byrne. Mark 'Soup' Doyle won longest drive.The Tv was raffled off and the winner was Pat 'Chubby ' Dunne.Thanks to Senior goalie Peter Dignam on organising everything along with Eamonn Franey and Clifford Murphy. Prize giving was held in Doyles Lounge Saturday night.

Katrina is currently taking names of people who want to travel to Croke Pk for the All Ireland Ladies Finals, names must be in by the end of this week.

This week we host the Kellog's Cul Camp.

Rathnew GAA Club's Annual 'Fun Day' will be held in the Merrymeeting Grounds on Sunday 23rd August at 1.30 pm. Numerous stalls and events more details to follow. Fun for all the family . We have the Leinster GAA Road Show booked for our Fun Day. Check our Facebook Page.
