U8's/U10's
We were delighted to host our third 'Go Games' blitz this season on Friday 7th in Ballywaltrim Park. It was a hurling blitz in which we played host to St. Patrick's and Avondale. As usual there was no shortage of great hurling on show in one of the homes of hurling in Bray. There were great performances from both of our team's and a special mention must be given to Dennis Vickers who scored a multitude of goals in the U8's, while Sean O'Brien, Michael Doran and Robert Berkeley were outstanding for the U10's. The blitz was followed by a football blitz in Kilcoole on Friday 14th. Our team lined up against three St. Patrick's teams. A great evening of football was had with Wayne Moorehouse superb in goal, while Danielle Doyle, Finn Flanagan and Mikolay Lacyzk registered impressive performances on defensive duty. Adam Windsor scored a couple of great goals too, ensuring that the goals kept coming. Well done to all involved.

Girls Football
Our U14s have been drawn against An Tochar for the championship. Best of luck to the girls.

Men's Football
Our footballers were unlucky to lose by a point against Coolkenno in their previous championship outing in Aughrim, but they'll have another bite at the cherry when they'll take on the winner of the Valleymount v Donard/The Glen tie on Saturday 22nd. Best of luck lads.

Men's Hurling
Our men's hurlers played Avondale at Schools Road on Monday 10th. A cracking game of hurling was had with Avondale looking to secure their sought after league title. The match was nip and tuck untill Avondale scored three goals in quick succession which took the wind out of the Fergal Ógs sails, and ensured an Avondale victory.
The Avondale tie was followed by a challenge match against Kilmac/Enniskerry on Wednesday 12th.
Our lads took the game to the opposition right from the first whistle with Alan Hughes scoring an early goal for the men in white and black. Paddy O'Brien and Gary O'Neill ensured that the points started to flow as they opened their accounts with some exceptional point scoring, not to mention a great goal by O'Brien. Thomas Kinlan got his name on the point scoring sheet too, and Barry O'Brien scored a cracking goal just before half-time to give the Bray men a significant lead heading into the 2nd half. Kilmac/Enniskerry came out far stronger in the 2nd half and scored a well worked goal followed by a few points. Their comeback was halted however by some superb defending by the two back lines with Mark Dempsey and Gary Fitzpatrick mopping up a lot of balls. Dessie Whelan was calm under pressure in goal when called upon and distributed the ball well throughout the contest.
After riding the storm, the Bray men responded with Barry O'Brien scoring another goal, which was quickly followed by a fantastic Jason Somers goal which effectively put the tie to bed. Éamonn McKenna scored the sides sixth goal in the dying minutes of the game, with the final scoreline being Fergal Ógs 6-9 Kilmac/Enniskerry 1-7. We must give thanks to Enniskerry GAA Club for hosting the game and for providing tea and biscuits afterwards.
