The Senior Ladies had their Cup Semi Final on Sunday evening where they made the long trip over to Blessington without their county players. Unfortunately they were chasing the game from the beginning and lost out by a point. The final score was 3-7 to 2-9. Our Senior Men's team was also in action this week against Blessington. The game ended in a draw with both teams scoring 1-15.

A note from the 2015 All Ireland Ladies Division 1 Féile Peile na nÓg Champions;
The St Patrick's U14 Ladies Team, Bainisteoir and Meantoiri would like to express their sincere gratitude to everyone who helped in organising what was a fantastic Féile Peile na nOg weekend. To Martin Fitzgerald and the Wicklow Féile Committee, the referees, lines persons and umpires who officiated across the three counties and not forgetting all the volunteers who worked tirelessly at all the venues and of course the GAA for hosting this great event. In our own club a special thanks to all of the Féile Committee that was excellently chaired by Veronica Leonard, along with Carmel Earls, Caroline Courtney, Georgina Cruise, Nicola McGettigan, Mary Cahill, Patrice Evans, Susan O' Brien and John Gill, your trojan work and preparation prior to the tournament commencing and the perfect implementation of the various plans, meant the whole weekend went off like clock work - well done all. To both the ladies and men's chairpersons and to the committee members including the executive we thank you also. "Fundraising" also played an important part with the various events. Thanks to all the parents, families and friends who bag packed over one weekend. To Liam Whitty and Mary Cahill for organising the American Tea Party (which was a great social event) and to the wonderful Maguire family who provided the music. To Paul O'Brien who organised the quiz for the kids. To Muriel McSorley along with Jane McNulty and Deirdre "Tigger" Dickenson who organised the coffee and cake sale morning. Also to Sylvia and Paul Smith from the Mystic Celt who kindly donated their premises and provided the teas and coffees. To Kelly's fruit shop that provided the fruit for both teams. To Armstrong Timber Engineering and KN Group for their kind sponsorship. To Brian Finnegan, Willie Fahy, Eddie Leonard and Alan O'Brien, who had the pitch and grounds looking a picture. We had so many compliments from our host clubs mentors and parents on the amazing views and great condition of the pitch, something we do take for granted! To everyone who put up the bunting in the town, who organised the catering, decorated the clubhouse and served behind the bar over the weekend. To Ronnie "better late than never" Philips, "the gear looked great". To Peter Dolan our coach driver for the past three years and a keen supporter. Sincere thanks to all the Parents, Grandparents, Families, Friends, the Senior Ladies, Men's, and Juvenile Players, Fellow Coaches and Club Members, your support was magnificent throughout the weekend. To Paul, Johnny, Barry and the U14 boys team, congratulations in getting to a National Semi Final and thank you along with your parents for your support in our final. It really spurred us on. We would like to give a special mention to Nicola McGettigan not alone did she work tirelessly in most of the above, she also was a great help to the team and management throughout the weekend. To everyone who congratulated us, personally or on social media, very much appreciated. Finally we would like to dedicate our success to all the players who participated and grew very close in this great competition over the last few years. To their coaches and mentors, Damien O' Brien, Dave Fitzgerald, Peggy King, Caroline Courtney, Cassandra Dunne, Patrice Evans and Stephen McNulty who worked quietly behind the scenes, and John G McGettigan who was on hand with advice throughout the weekend, we thank each and everyone of you for paving the way for us in our magical journey.
