This week is a busy week for Rathnew with the Club being chosen as a host for the 2015 Feile. We hope everyone can come along with your colours to cheer on Rathnew in their matches.This is a great chance for Rathnew to showcase their position as one of the top Club's in the County. We have guests staying with families in Rathnew from Tempo Maguires. Rathnew would like to extend a Cead Mile Failte to the Fermanagh Club and hope that friendships and fond memories are forged as only the GAA can do.

Feile starting Friday 26th June. Four games in Rathnew on Friday evening on both pitches.
5pm Rathnew v Kilpeacon (Limerick). Tempo (Fermanagh) v Askmore/Kilrush (Wexford)
6pm Rathnew v Askmore/Kilrush, Tempo v Kilpeacon.
Saturday morning 27th at 11am Rathnew v Tempo in Rathnew.
It's then onto Gorey Saturday afternoon for quarter finals. Top two in group go into cup and bottom
two go into shield. Shield quarter final 3pm and cup quarter final 3.45pm.
Hopefully it's then onto Carlow on Sunday morning 28th for the semi finals and finals.
Cup semi finals at 11.50am, shield semi finals at 12.40 pm.
Cup final at 2pm and shield final at 2.30pm.

Go games was another great success with 180 kids playing on Friday night.
It's a great sight seeing both pitches full with kids enjoying the games.
A big thanks to Amanda for having all the goodie bags ready and all the girls
who helped out. Also to the 10 young referees who did a great job.
Next Go Games at home again on the 10th July.
Meeting Wednesday night 7.45 in club house for everyone who can help out for the Feile.
We need linesmen, umpires, stewards, cooks, etc.
Tempo Maguires hope to be arriving around 2pm Friday afternoon.
If all supporters could dust off all there County final flags and bring them along to support the lads
on the Friday evening and Saturday morning.

There will be a bit o' craic in Doyles on Saturday evening with a Feile celebration with everyone welcome, we'll have all the Tempo Maguire and Rathnew supporters and officials, come along.
To coincide with this years Feile, we are hoping to get together as many of the 1982 Rathnew U14 Football Team members for a reunion in Doyles 27th June . This team managed by Pat Mitchell and Captained by Clifford Dowling were the 1st ever representatives from Wicklow as 1982 was the inaugural year of Feile. Hard luck to the U14 Ladies who lost to a strong Newtown team last Thursady. Our U12's had a great game v's Eire Og.
We had 6 of our U12's representing the county in a blitz last weekend in Carlow  they all done well,they were Robyn Brennan,Jessica Moxley,Sorcha Higgins,Lynsey Sayer & Leah Murphy

Tesco bag packing in aid of Juvenile Club: Big thanks to everyone who helped out in Tesco last weekend.

Congratulations to Peter White who celebrated he's 50th and he's son Peter who celebrated turning 21 in Doyles with friends and family last weekend.
