St Patricks GAA club notes

April 07, 2015

All club memberships are now due and our club registrar Eddie Leonard is available every Saturday at our club grounds to collect memberships. The clubhouse along with the Tuck shop is open every Saturday morning from 11 am until 12:30 pm.
We are still looking for Lotto Sellers and if you are interested please contact Alan O Brien our club treasurer.A big thank you to all those club members who sold lotto tickets over the past numerous weekends. As a direct result of starting to sell our lotto tickets on Saturday evenings around the town, the clubs executive committee decided it would be appropriate to make a small donation a few times a year to various community based organisations in our town. We recently made a donation of €300 to local Meals on Wheels group. Hopefully this will be the first of many such donations over the coming years.
Well done to Samuel Downey and Luke O Meara who won "Hurler of the Week" awards at under 7 and under 8 levels.
Well done to Gary Duffy for organising this weeks Easter camp which takes place this Tuesday and Wednesday a our club grounds.
Don't forget we have our "Littlw Warriors" Nursey every Saturday morning between 11 am and 12:15 pm for boys and girls between the ages of 4-6 year old for both football and hurling. We are also looking for new coaches and the club will train you up to be a coach.
On Saturday the 18 th of April the club are presenting an award winning play called "The Pull" in the clubhouse at 8:30pm.Its a brilliant Irish Comedy Show starring award winning writers Liam Horan and John Corless. it's a great GAA comedy suitable for all the family and tickets are on sale from club members or text 087 6214903 to order tickets.
