Our U15 squad completed their sixth coaching session last Saturday with a smaller attendance than normal due to a few injuries and lads playing Leinster U16 hurling. After completing their warm and S&C phase of the session, which was looked after by Shay Dunne, the players did some speed work and worked on reaction timing. The next skills worked on were, delay, disposes and evasion. Finally they worked high fielding and breaking ball before finishing up with a game. Wickow U15's will play Carlow next weekend and the panel for this game will be selected during the week. There will be coaching for the rest of the squad as normal next Saturday at 10.30.

We had 25 players perform their fitness test. We had numerous players missing through sickness, injuries and hurling. This week we are playing Laois in a challenge. That is the end of our trials and we are now sitting down with players to discuss year ahead.
