We received a huge response to our girl's underage training and they continue to train every Wednesday night at 6.50 in the Community Sports Hall. However because of this increase in numbers we urgently require more help so if you think you can give a hand pop down on Wednesday. The Under 8's are also training in the Community Sports Hall on Tuesday's at 6.00. Our Under 16 lads are playing their County Final tonight (Wednesday) at 8.00 in Avondale against Derry Gaels. We wish Pat and the boys the best of luck in their efforts to bring the Cup home. All support welcome. Well done again to Ciaran and our minors. They reached the Minor B Championship final with a great win during the week against Avondale in Newtown. On a difficult night for football both teams are to be commended for their displays with our lads proving victorious over a gallant Avondale squad. They now play the winners of St. Kevin's / Carnew - this match was also down for decision during the week but a failure with the Baltinglass floodlights resulted in the match being abandoned. The result of this means that the minors will have another wait for their final. But it's better to be still involved so we await our opponents. Two important dates for your GAA diary on the Juvenile front - Juvenile A.G.M. is on Tuesday 25th November and our Juvenile presentation is on Saturday, 6th December. The Club were represented at the launch of Feile 2015 in Bunclody last night and details will be given out at the Committee meeting which is on Next Tuesday, 11th November at 8.00. Our seniors had a very enjoyable get together on Saturday as a thank you for the efforts they put in on behalf of the Club. Tickets for the Wicklow G.A.A. "Night at the Dogs" fundraiser in Shelbourne Park are available in Nolan's on Saturday, 15th November at a price of € 20.00 for any wishing to support the County squads. The winning Lotto numbers were 9, 14, 15, and 18. There was no winner of the Jackpot while 7 winners received € 30.00 each. The Jackpot now stands at € 2,800.00 - Many thanks again for your continued support for our Lotto.
