All roads lead to Aughrim this weekend as the lads take on neighbours Aughrim in the intermediate championship final. Aughrim have had the upper hand in recent meetings, however the lads have shown resolve and a never say attitude throughout the year which has stood them well. Final's have a tendency to take a life of their own, so hopefully Lady Luck is wearing green and white, and the lads bring the cup back to the Gap for the first time in twenty years. There was no lotto jackpot winner for the draw held Monday 22nd Sept. The numbers drawn were 1,3,9,12 with 13 match three winners.
