Under 13
An Tochar 1-5 Bray Emmets 4-12
On Thursday night the Under 13 boys travelled to Roundwood for a football match against An Tochar. The two teams had met back in May in Bray Emmets where Roundwood had won a tight affair. In the first match An Tochar had got off to a quick start, but this time Bray kept them in their sights and managed to pull clear towards half time to lead by a score of 2-5 to 1-4 at the break. At the start of the second half, Bray played with great determination and built up a very healthy lead through their forwards, including some great passing movements and accurate scoring. Not to be outdone by the forwards, the backs closed down any An Tochar attacks and together with the reassuring presence of the goalkeeper kept An Tochar to a single point for the whole of the second half. The final score of 4-12 to 1-5 in Bray's favour reflected the growing confidence and ability of the team.

Condolences
The club would like to extend our sympathies to our great club woman Linda Wogan on the death of her sister Sylvia Whelan who passed away.
