July 28, 2014Our Intermediate team defeated The Fighting Cocks (Carlow) on Saturday evening in the Burke Cup, it was a very entertaining game and both teams will take great confidence with them as they head in to their next round of inter county championship fixtures. Darcy Sand Intermediate Football Championship Group 2, Venue: Aughrim, Ballinacor V Dunlavin time 19:30 , we are hoping for a big show of support on Friday in Aughrim for the lads as they play their last group Game.
If you are spring cleaning or wishing to get rid of unwanted clothes please don't hesitate to leave them in to our Gaa clothes collection which takes place through the month of July, you can drop bags to the clubhouse on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday evening from 7.00pm.
We are currently looking for more volunteers/parents to get involved in the coaching side with our underage teams , if you are interested please feel free to ask any committee member or any of our current underage coaches about getting involved.
