We had a very good turnout for the Football section of the Kellogs Cuil Camp last week and it was very well organized and once again thanks to Gary Duffy and his mentors for their work. The Hurling section starts this week and Garry will be on hand to organise and book you in. You may contact Gary Duffy on 086-3529445.
Well done to our Senior footballers who had a great win last week in the Coogan Steel Senior Football Championship beating Blessington. The final score was Blessington 0-10 to St.Pats 0-11. It was a great Team effort by all and we now look forward to the quarter final knockout stages which is the real start of the Championship.The quarter finalists who are: St Patricks, Rathnew,Bray Emmets and Eire Og will now play the winners of Hollywood V Kiltegan,Annacurra V Coolkenno, Newtown V Baltinglass and Blessington V Tinahely.
Our Junior A Team had a great win in the Dacia Junior A Championship and they had a great win against Carnew. The final score been St. Patricks 1-16 Carnew 0-03.We play Bray Emmets in the Renault Minor A Football championship this week. Don't forget that our under 14 Boys are in the County League final so please keep on eye on our website for venue and time.
The Children's Nursery Football and Hurling continues every Saturday morning at Dunbur Park between 11 am and 1pm.These skills training Nurseries are for Both boys and Girls from 4 years of age upwards.All new players are most welcome.The club tuck shop is also open every Saturday morning and you may purchase Our official club gear on Saturday mornings as well in our clubhouse.
Our club Lotto Jacpot was not won last week and the Jackpot now stands at a whopping €7,800. So as they say "If your not in, you can't win."
Our Club Chairman John Smith made a very special presentation to our very own Willie Fahy last week in consideration of all the great work he has completed in our clubhouse and our club grounds and indeed we don't forget the generosity of Brian Brennan.
