Hard luck to the Senior mens team who gave a very spirited display against Coolkenno in the championship. Down 6 points at half time we battled back with goals from Liam Kenna and Ger Byrne to go 2 points up, however Coolkennos lively forwards were able to tack on a few late points to snatch victory.. Best on the day were Ger, Conor Davis, Gavin Kenny, Noel Power and Paddy Crowley who was immense. Get well soon to Brendan Kennedy who had his jaw fractured in two places in a nasty challenge in the first half.

There was a great night had last Friday night up at the pitch where Roundwood's Fittest Family event was run off. The Molloy/Brady family eventually were winners having trained hard and brought in some competitors from Japan/New Zealand they were delighted with their victory.
The club extends its sympathies to Catriona Brady and all her family on the death of Derek Lambe. Tweet
