Ashford GAA notes

July 14, 2014
This year's membership fees are now due. They are as follows: Adults €50, Juveniles €20, Family €75 and if you have 3 or more juvenile members in one family the fee is only €50. These fees include a €10 levy for the development fund which will be used in improving facilities at the club.
Our Nursery continues on Friday nights at 6.15 in the pitch. This is aimed at introducing 4 to 6 year olds to Gaelic games through fun games based coaching. It is open to boys and girls and new members are always welcome.
As always we are looking for any help with the juveniles so even if you don't have any experience please give us a call and get involved. If you should have any queries, please do not hesitate to contact club coaching co-ordinator Stephen Behan on 086 6018781.
Thanks to everyone for helping out at our annual Fun day last Saturday. It was a hugely enjoyable day for everyone. This year we had the usual barbeque, bouncy castles, Go Games, fun and games.

Our Intermediates lost heavily to Aughrim in the championship last Tuesday night in Arklow. Throw in at 7.30pm. A lot of effort will have to go in to turn this around and lift the heads for the next game.
.

Gum shields must now be worn by all players so please ensure that everyone has one for both training and matches as you cannot play without it.
Club gear is now available to buy. Show your club colours with a wide range of Ashford clothing. Contact Andrea about getting gear if you are interested. Ashford GAA Gloves now also available to buy €12 for kids and €15 for adults.
