Arklow Seabreeze Festival
The Seabreeze Festival of Football for AGB U8/U10 girls will take place on Saturday morning, the 19th of July. Teams from Wexford, Wicklow and Carlow will descend on Pearse Park. This promises to be a great morning of football. Registration for teams is at 9.30am with the first game starting at 10am.
Well done to Niamh Arthur who represented AGB in the Seabreeze Festival Princess Competition.
AGB Summer Camp
The AGB Summer Camp will be held from the 21-25th July. The camp will run from 10am to 2pm. The cost is €30, payable on the first day. Please let your admin know if you wish to attend or call Mick on 085 2479795. This camp is open to all children from age 4 to 12, members and non-members.
Ballymoney Development
Expressions of Interest (EOI) are sought from reputable Contractors for construction work at AGB's Ballymoney facility. For more information please see Ballymoney Construction Expressions of Interest at www.arklowgaa.com.
Club Gear
A new order of club gear will arrive on the 16th of July. AGB T-Shirts for €7, a hoodie and T-Shirt for €30. Please pre-order to avoid disappointment. Contact Kerry on 0873287881.
First Aid and Defibrillator Training
Further First Aid and Defibrillator courses will be held by the club depending on interest. Please register your interest in attending a future course by emailing [email protected]. Our last courses were fully booked so please get your name in early to secure a place.
Academy
Academy is running from 11.15am-12.15pm each Saturday morning on the astro turf, in Pearse Park. Come join the fun and make new friends. This caters for boys and girls aged 4 to 6.
U8 Boys
Well done to our U8′s who played some great football at the blitz in Shillelagh Sat 12th July. There was a great turnout . Thanks to Shillelagh for hosting. Other teams who joined us were Annacurra and Coolkenno. Our lads played brilliantly with some great team scores. Keep up the good work!
