St. Patricks club notes

Well done to Casey O Brien and Brian Gleeson who had a great win for our Senior County hurlers against Down to win Roinn 2B of the All Ireland League. Andy O Brien caused countless problems for the Down defence as did George O Brien.It was a great win for the county and our club are very proud to have so many mentors and players involved at County level.Our club senior players had a good win against Greystones Eire Og last Sunday at home in Dunbur Park in the quarter final of the Leinster Hurling League.The final score was St Pats 1-13 Eire Og 1-8.
Our senior hurlers now meet Ringtown of Westmeath next Sunday at Dunbur Park at 4pm. Our bar and tuckshop will be open for everybody during and after the game.So we hope to see a good crowd in Dunbur Park next Sunday to support our senior hurlers who have played really well in the last couple of games.
Congradulations to our senior hurling manager James Quirke and his partner Suzy Connolly who gave birth to a beautiful baby girl this week.We wish you both happiness for the future.
Our senior footballers continue to train and they take on Baltinglass next Saturday 12th April away at 6.00pm in the Campus Oil football league Div.1 and then we meet Kiltegan on the 20th of April on Sunday morning at 11.30 am.Or Junior A team play Eire Og Greystones on Saturday 26th April at home in Dunbur Park at 6.00pm.
Our nursery camp continues in both hurling and football every Saturday morning from 11am until 12noon, Boys and girls from 3years upto 7 years are most welcome and the shop is open
so if you would like a cup of tea or coffee Patrice Evans and Georgina Cruise will look after you. We must thank these ladies for they put a lot of work into all aspects of the club and we really appreciate your hard and unselfish work.
Membership is doing well and those who have not paid there memberhip yet may do so at any of the matches in Dunbur Park as any of the committee will assist you.The County Development Draw tickets are still for sale at 50 euros each and don't forget that the Prize Fund is at 66,750 euros.
Our club lotto jackpot was not won last week and the JACKPOT is at £5400 euros now.Scott Quinn had a match 3 winner last week and he won £250 euros.Tickets for this weeks lotto are on sale in all retail units throughout the town.Circuit training for all ages with Liam Keogh continues every Saturday morning between 930am and 1030am in Dunbur Park.Best of luck to the u-14 ladies in the Feile in Ballinakill Rathdrum next Weekend.Iphone covers for Samsung S3 and S4 and apple iphones 4 and 5 are now for sale in club shop.
well done to Harry Murphy and his Senior football team who had a great win against Tipperrary last weekend. They were very unlucky not to get promotion.Well done to Dean Healy,Paudge Mc Walter,Paul Earls and Darragh O Sullivan who played great league football for there county in the past couple of months.For club notes contact [email protected]
