The lotto draw was held at the weekend a jackpot of €8600. The numbers were 12, 21, 25 and 27. There was no winner of the jackpot. The three €25 winners were Sarah Fitzpatrick, Bríd Kinane and Lisa Broe. The next lotto draw will take place on 12th October with a jackpot of €8700. Tickets are €2 and available from all members. Hard luck to our ladies team who were beaten in the preliminary round of the Leinster Championship at the weekend. They were playing in O’Loughlin Gaels GAA Club in Kilkenny against Kilkenny City. They battled well til the end but it wasn’t meant to be. They are a brilliant bunch of girls and they did the club and parish proud. Thanks to O’Loughlin Gaels for the hospitality and refreshments and to everyone who travelled to support the team. Well done to the St. Kevin's U11s who beat Baltinglass in the Division 2 League Final in Ballinakill at the weekend.
