Our lotto draw was held last weekend and there was no winner of the jackpot. The numbers were 4, 23, 24 and 29. The three €25 winners were Patricia McInerney, Jimmy Byrne and Leo O’Connor. The next lotto draw will be on Saturday 28th September with a jackpot of €8600. Tickets are €2 and available from all members. Go Games takes place every Thursday evening from 6.30 to 7.30pm. It’s not too late to join in if you haven’t been before, all new faces welcome.

Hard luck to our Junior C lads who were beaten in the Semi-Final against a strong Kilcoole team last week. Thanks to everyone who supported the lads throughout the year.

The Jun A lads were fixed to play Lacken/Kilbride on Sunday in Hollywood. Unfortunately Lacken/Kilbride couldn’t field a team and we were given a walkover. We are now in the Semi-finals in a couple of weeks’ time against the winners of Baltinglass and Blessington.

The Ladies team are playing in the first round of the Leinster Championship against Kilkenny City. The game has been fixed for Saturday 28th September at 2pm, in Kilkenny. There will be a supporter’s bus available at €10 a head, but only if there are enough numbers. Contact Michael Nolan to put down your name, deadline will be Saturday 21st September at 6pm.
