Our lotto draw was held last weekend and there was no winner of the jackpot. The numbers were 21, 23, 24, 30. The three €25 winners were Sean O’Sullivan, Joan Kearney and Patrick Nolan. The next lotto draw will be on Saturday 17th August with a jackpot of €8300. Tickets are €2 and available from all members. Go Games takes place every Thursday evening from 6.30 to 7.30pm. It’s not too late to join in if you haven’t been before, all new faces welcome.

Well done to the Wicklow U16 footballers, and our own Jean Luc Morris, who won against Antrim in the Gerry Reilly Shield last week. They now advance to play Laois in the Final on the 17th August.   

Well done to the Junior A lads who beat Blessington in the second round of the Championship in Hollywood on Friday. Round 3 will be in a fortnight, venue to be decided. All support was greatly appreciated. Our Junior C lads will play their first Championship game on Thursday 8th August at 7.30pm in Barndarrig. All support greatly appreciated.

Sincere sympathies to the Kenny families, Blessington, on the death of Maureen Kenny and also to the family and friends of Mag Higgins, Blessington, who passed away last week. Ar dheis Dé go raibh a anam.
