The Duffy Family would like to extend their thanks to all who extended their warm support with the passing of Sean last week.  A short statement from Paul and the family:

 

‘On behalf of Sean's family I would like to thank all of the players, members and supporters of Lacken-Kilbride GAA club and our neighbors and friends in the area. You've been such a help to us over the last few days. We have really enjoyed hearing everyone's memories of Sean. He would have been very grateful for the support you have shown to us. Thank you all again. The Duffy family.’

 

Sean will be dearly missed by all.

 

The clubs AGM is fixed for Sunday the 27th January at 7pm in Kilbride Hall! Please attend!

 

There was no winner of the clubs lotto last Sunday, numbers were 1, 14, 17, 27. The 20 euro winners were: Sean Blake, John Sheedy, Alan Jones, Shane McGuire and Catherine Broe. Jackpot stands at a healthy €9,500.

 

The clubs pre paid lotto forms will be in circulation soon.

 

The St. Kevin’s AGM was held Sunday gone and Lucy Mooney has moved on as club secretary, everybody from Lacken-Kilbride would like to thank Lucy for all her hard work and dedication through-out the past decades.

 

Training has commenced in Kilbride Hall every Monday and Wednesday at 8PM.  New members and players are always welcome.
